1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Dimension Space. By using this App, you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18 years of age, please read these Terms with your parent or guardian.

2. Description of Services

We provide AI-assisted learning tools.

  • AI Companion: This is a program driven by artificial intelligence and is not a real human. AI answers may contain errors; always verify with textbooks or consult a teacher before making important decisions.
  • Healthy Design: We are committed to anti-addiction design and do not employ coercive payment or gambling mechanisms.

3. Account and Security

  • Login is conducted via Sign in with Apple.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You may apply to delete your account at any time within the Settings menu.

4. Subscriptions and Virtual Items (Diamonds)

  • Subscriptions: Fees are collected via Apple In-App Purchase (IAP). You can cancel at any time through your App Store settings.
  • Diamonds: These are in-app points with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. Diamonds will expire upon account deletion.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases made through the App Store (e.g., subscriptions, Diamonds) are subject to Apple's refund rules. If the service is unusable due to severe defects, you may contact us for assistance.

6. Code of Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the AI to generate illegal, violent, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to attack, hack, or scrape our data on a large scale.
  • Use this App inappropriately in a supervised examination environment.

Special Warning: The upload of child pornography or any illegal content is strictly prohibited. We will actively report such instances to law enforcement agencies as required by law.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • As-Is Basis: We do not guarantee that the service will be absolutely error-free or will improve specific examination results.
  • Liability Limit: Except where prohibited by law, our cumulative liability is limited to the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months prior to the incident.

8. Governing Law and Changes

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
  • Changes: Significant changes will be notified in advance. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
