Data Storage & Cross-Border Transfer Notice

1. Data Storage Policy
Dimension Space currently stores the primary data of our users within the Hong Kong SAR. We prioritize the security of user data as a core principle of our operations.
1.1 Primary Storage (Hong Kong)

1.2 Local Device Storage
Certain non-sensitive data (such as local cache and encrypted login tokens) is stored locally on the user's device.
2. Cross-Border Transfers
To ensure the normal operation of the App, the following essential services involve data processing outside of Hong Kong:
2.1 Apple Inc. (USA)
- Services: App Store account identification, In-App Purchases, and Push Notifications.
- Data Involved: Apple ID identifiers, subscription status, and Push Tokens.
- Note: This is standard for the iOS ecosystem and does not include student learning content or AI conversations.
3. Law Enforcement & Legal Requirements
We will disclose necessary data in response to valid requests under the laws of the Hong Kong SAR (such as court orders or formal law enforcement requests). We strive to limit the scope of disclosure and will notify affected users whenever legally permitted.
For requests from authorities outside of Hong Kong, since our data is stored in Hong Kong, we generally require such requests to be confirmed and enforced by a Hong Kong court.
4. Commitment to Changes
While we currently commit to storing primary data in Hong Kong, we may adjust our storage architecture in the future due to technical optimizations or business needs.
- Significant Changes: If we add new third-party cross-border services or change the geographic location of our primary database, we will notify users via an App prompt at least 30 days (or as required by contract) in advance.
- User Choice: If a user does not agree to the changes, they may choose to delete their account before the changes take effect.
